Reiki is offered with my hands positioned just above the body, creating a quiet space for deep relaxation and rest.
My personal approach to Reiki is grounded in my Christian faith. I begin my work in prayer and look to God as the source of healing. I see myself as a conduit rather than the source, creating space for you to rest, receive, and reconnect.
During a session, you may experience warmth, heaviness, deep relaxation, emotional release, or simply a sense of quiet and stillness. Every person’s experience is different.
Reiki may be especially supportive when you’re feeling:
Overwhelmed — Creating space to step away from mental and emotional stimulation.
Restless or Stressed — Encouraging stillness and deep relaxation.
Emotionally Drained — Providing quiet time to rest and reconnect.

No particular faith or spiritual belief is required to receive Reiki. My Christian faith describes how I personally approach and practise the service; you are never expected to participate in prayer.

AromaTouch Technique® is a structured application of essential oils combined with gentle touch along the back and feet. The repetitive, light-touch movements and aromatic experience create an opportunity to settle into deep relaxation.
This session may be especially enjoyable when you’re feeling:
